Dan McFarland, DDS
Dan is a native of Conrad, MT. He grew up playing sports and being extremely active outdoors. Dan participated in basketball, track and football, achieving all-state honors. Dan then attended the University of Montana where he was a pre-dental Bachelor of Science student.
Dan played football here for the Griz at the position of wide receiver. He was able to balance the difficult pre-dental curriculum as a student athlete and complete his degree. While preparing for admission to dental school Dan served as the Youth Sports Director at the Missoula YMCA from 2009-2011. Upon acceptance to dental school Dan attended the well-respected University of Pacific Dental School in San Francisco.
Impressively, Dan graduated with honors and was member of the Tau Kappa Omega honor society by graduating in the top 15% of his class. He pursued additional experience in oral surgery, endodontics and orthodontics to further his training. Dan has been working in private practice in western Montana for 4 years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Montana Dental Association, and Three Rivers Study Club.
He and his wife Rachel enjoy spending time in the great outdoors fishing, hunting and skiing and look forward to raising a family in Missoula.
